Malossi Sport 2016 Cylinder Kit 210 ccm – noticeable upgrade for your Vespa 200

With the Malossi Sport 2016 cylinder kit (210 ccm), you get a high-quality revised setup for the classic 200 series Largeframe engines. The newly revised cylinder comes with a special coating that absorbs heat better – ideal if you want to move your Vespa Rally 200 or Vespa P200E more reliably and powerfully in everyday use as well as on longer distances.

The graphite piston ensures low friction and long durability, supporting low wear. Especially for popular models such as the Vespa PX 200 E or the Vespa Rally 200, this is a real advantage if you are looking for a sporty but stable solution.

Tuning Tip for Installation

Tip: The engine housing should – though not necessarily in the first step – be adapted to the larger cylinder transfer ports. Additionally, the installation of a fast-flow fuel tap is recommended.

Important Note on Fitment (Piaggio 200 ccm Engine Housing)

Attention: There were factory tolerances in the stud bolt holes during the production of 200 ccm PIAGGIO engine housings. As a result, the MALOSSI cylinder in this series cannot be mounted flush against the block.

Piaggio compensates for this in the original cylinders with 10 mm stud bolt holes. However, Malossi uses 8 mm stud bolt holes. Since this series cannot be clearly delimited, we recommend checking the fitment of the Malossi cylinder before piston assembly.

If you want to be on the safe side, it is best to use the optionally available Malossi engine housing M5714493.
