Malossi Piston Ø 68,5 mm for 210 ccm Sport/MHR Cylinder – lightweight VERTEX piston with graphite coating

This MALOSSI piston (from the 2016 generation) for the 210 ccm cylinder kits Sport and MHR is delivered as a VERTEX piston with graphite coating. The graphite surface ensures less friction and can even provide a certain emergency running property in the event of a seizure. Compared to the previous ASSO piston, the VERTEX piston is approx. 10% lighter – perfect if you want to reliably extract performance from your Vespa PX 200 or your setup.

Practical: The piston skirt is shorter. As a result, when using 60mm long-stroke crankshafts, the piston no longer needs to be shortened in the lower area. Additionally, the piston windows are larger and significantly better adapted to the ports. The piston can be used in all 210 cylinder kits – including "Old".

Important Note on Allocation (Letter Code)

The pistons are specifically assigned to the respective cylinder kits via letters (0, A, B …). Recommendation: e.g., always use an "A" piston with an "A" cylinder. You can find the matching letter from Malossi on the cylinder base in the area of the sealing surface (stamped).

Fits many Vespa models – including Vespa PX 200, Vespa PX 200 E, Vespa Rally 200, Vespa Rally 180 as well as Vespa Cosa 200 (depending on version/year of manufacture). Thus, the piston is a strong choice for your setup on the Vespa PX 200 and related 200/180 Largeframe models.
