For the original stroke of 48 mm of the Vespa PX 80 and Vespa P 80 X (PX 80–PX 100 models), there are very few truly good racing cylinders. This is exactly where the Malossi Sport 139ccm MKIII (MKIII = 3rd revised generation) plays to its strengths – it is one of the best kits in this range.

You receive a high-quality grey cast iron cylinder kit in typical Malossi top quality, which can be driven comfortably with a stock carburetor and a road exhaust system. Compared to a DR, for example, the Malossi has larger timing angles and pulls really cleanly even at higher RPMs – ideal if you want to move your Vespa PX 80 or Vespa P 80 X in a noticeably sportier way.

Included: a high-compression cylinder head with O-ring sealing, a piston with 2 thin trapezoidal piston rings, as well as 7 transfer ports for optimized scavenging.

Important: You should definitely adjust the ignition and jetting. A longer primary gear ratio, a road exhaust, and a 24mm SI carburetor have proven to be sensible additions.
