The Polini Wavy brake disc is a disc brake with a wavy profile and 190 mm outer diameter for scooters with 3-hole mounting. It transmits the braking force to the wheel and is therefore a central wear part of the braking system. The component is made of AISI-420 steel, laser-cut, thermally treated, and CNC-machined.

The wavy profile with elongated cut-outs dissipates braking energy in the form of heat and helps to keep the braking effect consistent even during repeated braking - relevant for scooters driven sportily and in frequent city operation.

Installation and application notes:
- Degrease the brake disc before installation. Observe the direction of rotation marking on the disc - the arrow must point in the forward rotation direction of the wheel. Fasten mounting screws with the thread locker provided by the vehicle manufacturer and the prescribed tightening torque. After installation, bed in the new brake pads and check the braking function.
- Important note: The brake disc is a safety-relevant component - installation and testing should be carried out by a specialist workshop if no corresponding experience is available.

- Before purchase, compare the vehicle model and year of construction using the compatibility list as well as the outer diameter (190 mm), bolt circle (80 mm), and hole diameter (10 mm) against the stock brake disc.
