Assembly and application notes:

• Cylinder and cylinder head are replaced together against the stock parts; all mounting points and connection dimensions correspond to the original. When installing the piston rings, the installation direction must be strictly observed - the rings are beveled on one side and must be inserted with the conical side facing upwards, otherwise the piston cannot be inserted into the cylinder liner. Replace all gaskets during installation and adhere to the tightening torques according to the manufacturer's specifications.

• Before purchasing, compare the cylinder head type installed on the vehicle using the product images - this kit is exclusively suitable for Morini AC engines with cylinder head type 1; for Benelli models, additionally note the model year (Morini engine from model year 2003).
