The LeoVince LV ONE EVO BLACK EDITION silencer combines the classic LeoVince style with modern exhaust technology and a striking dark design. The outer shell made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel is equipped with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating, which gives the silencer an aggressive look while providing effective protection against heat, corrosion and weathering. The matte Black Edition finish emphasizes the sporty character and fits perfectly with modern motorcycles.

The specially shaped full carbon end cap reduces weight and provides a striking racing look. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing material works to ensure efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon mounting bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo emphasize the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly simple assembly and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the silencer is plugged on precisely, fastened to the series mounting points and securely fixed with the enclosed springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test in a stationary position and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm seat. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
