The LeoVince LV-10 CARBON FIBER muffler brings genuine racetrack feeling to the road. Developed with experience from international racing series, this compact muffler combines low weight, high-quality materials, and a particularly powerful racing sound. The outer shell consists of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fiber fabric, specially designed for high temperatures. The matte carbon finish emphasizes the sporty look and ensures an exclusive racing appearance.

The conical design allows for especially free exhaust flow and generates the typical deep and powerful LeoVince racing sound even at low engine speeds. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap, the integrated stainless steel mesh at the muffler outlet, and a CNC-machined carbon bracket stand for high-quality workmanship. Precisely handmade TIG welds additionally provide stability and a durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince muffler is designed for very easy installation and manufactured in proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust angles and orientation to the vehicle. Afterwards, the muffler is precisely slipped on, attached at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the enclosed springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A short function check at idle and retightening of connections after the first kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
