The LeoVince LV-14 R TITANIUM complete exhaust system combines sporty exhaust technology with an especially lightweight construction and high-quality materials. The titanium outer shell of the muffler ensures a significant weight reduction and high resistance to heat and corrosion. The sandblasted finish gives the system a matte, technical look. For markets outside the European Union, LeoVince produces special complete exhaust systems without EU type approval or E-mark (e-pass). These versions are not approved for public road traffic in Germany or within the European Union.

These systems are intended exclusively for use outside the scope of EU regulations or for motorsport. In individual cases, the respective national regulations of the destination country must be observed and fulfilled.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily carried out by oneself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other to fit and securely fixed with the supplied springs. No additional adjustments are necessary.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and the retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit.
