Description
The Polini gray cast-iron steam hammer for the 200 'PX Largeframe engines!
With the 208cc kit, Polini sets standards in torque strength and tourability. No other kit runs so extremely full and powerful from the lower speeds as the big Polini. Due to the low steering angle, the cylinder can already fully fill the speed chamber and pushes the Vespa strongly! The processing is typically very high polini.
However, the piston clearance is a little narrow at the factory with 10 / 100mm and should be corrected to 12 / 100mm for maximum durability and full gas resistance.
Nice additions to the kit for the construction of a perfect touring motor is a GS pistons with thinner piston rings and an adapted cylinder head (MMW). Adjusting the overflow to the motor housing with this class compulsory. Cylinder retract, adjust ignition correctly (approx. 18-19 degrees, but can differ depending on setup!) And a large carburetor like the SI26, Dellorto PHBH 30 or similar are also compulsory! A good road exhaust system fits perfectly for the fast city cruiser!
