PLUG & PLAY ASSEMBLY
The BGM PRO clutch cover is the professional solution for installing a modern CNC coupling quickly and easily. The cover has been completely redesigned and is optimally designed both in terms of inner diameter and construction depth.

ULTRALUBE
A unique feature of the BGM PRO clutch cover is the integrated oil supply to lubricate the release bearing. If a series clutch cover is modified by turning out/milling in order to make it suitable for a CNC coupling, the standard oil supply is often removed as well to lubricate the release bearing. With the BGM PRO cover, there is space for every type of coupling and yet the release bearing (separator and pressure plate) is perfectly lubricated. The cover is therefore the perfect addition to all BGM PRO Ultralube couplings, but is of course also an advantage with any other type of coupling.

  • The engine housings of the first Vespa Largeframe models are flatter, from the distance between the sealing surface of the clutch cover to the crankshaft bearing seat. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find spare parts for the early design of the flat clutches in these engines, and the clutches are often overwhelmed by even a slight increase in performance. The BGM Pro clutch cover for these engines is significantly higher than the one used as standard. It makes it possible to use the so-called PX/CoSA coupling types and, here too, directly the reinforced CNC versions. As a result, these motors can be easily converted to modern and stable coupling technology. The standard thin (1.5 mm) washer is still used.

  Vespa PX, T5 125cc, Cosa, Rally, Sprint, VNB4T-VNB6T, VBB2T, VNC1T, VLA1T, VBC1T, VNL2T, VNL3T

  • With the BGM Pro clutch cover, all modern CNC-manufactured Vespa PX clutches can be used. The contour of the clutch cover is adapted to the solid designs of the CNC couplings and offers sufficient space for reinforced couplings without further modifications. By adjusting the shape of this clutch cover, it is possible to ensure the oil supply for the separator or the bearing of the pressure plate. The use of a classic PX coupling in the 6- or 7-spring design is still guaranteed.
