This LeoVince rear silencer features an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Street legality in Germany and within the European Union exists only if the silencer is installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and operated unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, particularly for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Attention: Even in the case of technical compatibility, the approval applies exclusively to the vehicle models marked as "approved" above.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the rear silencer is plugged on to fit, fastened at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary and the retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
