The LeoVince GP CORSA muffler was developed for sporty 4-stroke motorcycles and combines modern racing design with high-quality materials. The carbon outer shell with a glossy finish ensures low weight and a striking look in the typical MotoGP style. The characteristic slash-cut end cap made of AISI 304 stainless steel gives the motorcycle a dynamic line and simultaneously supports the sporty sound. Inside, a large-dimensioned muffler core ensures optimized exhaust flow and a balanced ratio between torque and power. A stainless steel mounting clamp with a rubber underlay and precise TIG weld seams guarantee a stable and durable construction.

These mufflers are intended exclusively for use outside the scope of EU regulations or for motorsport. In individual cases, the national regulations of the respective destination country must be observed and complied with.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince muffler is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the muffler is slid on to fit, attached to the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the enclosed springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
