The LeoVince GP CORSA EVO rear silencer combines modern racing design with innovative materials for sporty 4-stroke motorcycles. The outer shell made of matte carbon with a two-layer 2x2 structure ensures low weight and high temperature resistance. A compact end cap made of durable technopolymer supports the deep, powerful racing sound and ensures efficient exhaust routing. The large outlet intensifies the low frequencies and provides a pronounced sound even at low engine speeds. A stainless steel bracket with rubber pad reduces vibrations, while handcrafted TIG welds and the aluminum LV shield underline the high-quality workmanship of this motorcycle exhaust.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured using the proven SLIP-ON construction method. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is plugged on precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and secured with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary as well as re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
