The LeoVince GP CORSA EVO muffler combines modern racing design with innovative materials for sporty 4-stroke motorcycles. The outer shell made of matte carbon with a double-layer 2x2 structure ensures low weight and high temperature resistance. A compact end cap made of durable technopolymer supports the deep, powerful racing sound and ensures efficient exhaust gas guidance. The large outlet enhances the low frequencies and provides a present sound even at low engine speeds. A stainless steel bracket with a rubber base reduces vibrations, while handcrafted TIG welds and the aluminum LV badge emphasize the high-quality workmanship of this motorcycle exhaust.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince muffler is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the muffler is plugged on to fit, attached to the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
