The universal LeoVince LV CORSA CARBON FIBER rear silencer brings uncompromising racing technology to individual motorcycle conversions. The shell made of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fiber in a 2x2 weave ensures particularly low weight combined with high stability. The matte carbon finish gives the exhaust a high-quality racing look.

Thanks to its open internal structure, the silencer enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and produces the typical deep and aggressive racing sound of the LV Corsa series. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo, a CNC-milled carbon bracket and precise handmade TIG welds stand for high-quality workmanship and durability.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly simple installation and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then used to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is fitted precisely, fastened at the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary, as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers, ensure a permanently firm seat. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
