The LeoVince LV-10 FULL BLACK slip-on muffler brings uncompromising racing DNA to the road and combines lightweight construction with an aggressive, fully black design. Developed with experience from international racing series, the compact muffler provides sporty performance, high-quality workmanship and a particularly distinctive racing sound. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant black ceramic coating, which gives the exhaust a striking dark look and protects it from heat, corrosion and scratches.

The conical shape enables particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep and powerful LeoVince Racing sound even at low revs. A sandblasted end cap with black ceramic coating, the integrated stainless steel grid at the muffler outlet and precise hand-crafted TIG welds ensure stability and long-lasting quality.

    The model years of the Duke 390 are based on the Euro models. Non-European models may be equipped with two types of OEM exhaust systems, with flange connection or with conventional plug-in connection.
    If the original exhaust system has a flange connection, the following part numbers are compatible: 8086, 15116, 15116U, 14183E, 14184E, 14185E, 14186E, 15263U, 15263BU, 15263FBU, 15502U, 15502EU or 15502MU.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince slip-on muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the slip-on muffler is mounted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief functional test while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
