The LeoVince LV-10 CARBON FIBER complete exhaust system brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Developed with the know-how of international racing series, this system combines low weight, high-quality materials, and a particularly distinctive racing sound. The silencer features an outer shell made of 2-layer 2x2 carbon fiber fabric, which was specifically developed for high temperatures and simultaneously ensures a particularly lightweight construction.

The conical design enables a fast and direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep LeoVince racing sound. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap, the integrated stainless steel grille at the outlet, and precisely handcrafted TIG weld seams ensure stability and long-lasting quality. A CNC-milled carbon bracket rounds off the high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and a bit of time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other to fit and securely fixed with the supplied springs. No additional adjustments are required.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and the re-tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit.
