The SITO Complete Exhaust System is a high-quality replacement solution for 4-stroke scooters and is constructed very closely to the original exhaust system. This preserves the standard characteristics of the vehicle while benefiting from the proven material quality and workmanship of the SITO product line. The system is ideal as a durable replacement for worn original exhaust systems.

Inside, a so-called “Twin Chamber” double-chamber muffler is used. The inner muffler is structurally separated from the outer structure, achieving effective noise reduction and uniform exhaust flow. The outer shell made of steel is coated with a high-temperature-resistant electrostatic coating. In combination with phosphating and sandblasting, a particularly resistant surface against heat and weathering is created. A plastic heat shield provides additional protection against high temperatures.

Information on Approval for Germany and the European Union

• The DGM marking (Direzione Generale della Motorizzazione) is a purely Italian type approval. It is not a substitute for an EU approval mark (E-number) or a general operating permit (ABE) and is not automatically valid in Germany for road traffic.

Without additional registration, the use of this exhaust system usually leads to the cancellation of the operating permit.

Legalization in public road traffic is usually only possible via a paid individual inspection by a recognized testing center (e.g. TÜV or DEKRA). It is recommended to clarify the possibility of registration in advance.

Installation instructions

The assembly of a LeoVince Complete Exhaust System is designed in such a way that it can be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are used directly. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After loosening the pre-assembly, all components are aligned without stress before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
