As the heart of the scooter drive, the variator significantly determines acceleration, RPM behavior, and pull. Compared to the stock variator, the Multivar offers optimized roller tracks as well as a modified slope. This significantly reduces the starting weakness known in larger engines: the acceleration RPM is reached faster and can, in some cases, even be slightly increased. Thanks to the improved adjustment range, a slight increase in top speed is also possible.
