Malossi Multivar MHR Variator for Minarelli – Overrange Feeling without Modification

With the Multivar MHR, Malossi delivers a truly powerful overrange variator for Minarelli engines that you can run with the standard rear converter unit. According to the manufacturer, no modifications are necessary – mount, tune, and ride.

Through the use of 16 x 13 variator rollers, the variator can be built narrower. This ensures that the V-belt runs smoothly even in the original converter. The V-belt pulley and variator are perfectly matched. With a variator diameter of 99.5 mm (as with the Overrange), you get a larger adjustment range – ideal for more powerful and higher-revving setups, because a longer usable RPM band becomes possible.

Bottom line: an absolutely racing-capable variator in the usual high Malossi quality – particularly popular on scooters such as Yamaha Aerox 50, MBK Nitro 50 or Aprilia SR 50 (depending on model/version).
