The universal LeoVince LV CORSA CARBON FIBER rear silencer has been developed to enable maximum racing performance even in individual motorcycle projects. The outer shell made of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers in a 2x2 weave provides particularly low weight and high stability. The matte carbon finish gives the silencer an exclusive racing look.

The open design allows for particularly fast and direct exhaust flow, creating the characteristic deep racing sound of the LV Corsa series. The sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo, a CNC-milled carbon bracket and precise TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly simple installation and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is fitted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
