Malossi Torsion Control Spring Plate for Minarelli AC/LC – clean shifting, less torsion

When the contrast spring in the converter unit twists, the shifting behavior suffers noticeably. This is exactly where the Malossi Torsion Control Spring Plate comes in: The coated plastic plate ensures that the contrast spring no longer sits directly on the clutch – thereby reducing torsion to a minimum. Additionally, vibrations of the converter unit at high RPM are reduced. The result: better shifting behavior and a smoother engine run – particularly popular for setups such as Yamaha Jog R 50, MBK Nitro 50, or Aprilia SR 50 (depending on engine/variant).

Important: Installation increases the spring preload. Because of this, you may need to retune the variator to achieve the optimal gear ratio and acceleration again.
