The LeoVince LV CORSA S TITANIUM Silencer brings genuine racing technology to the road, combining maximum performance with a particularly lightweight construction. The outer shell made of titanium significantly reduces the weight of the silencer compared to stainless steel variants and simultaneously ensures high resistance to heat and corrosion. The sandblasted finish gives the titanium a matte, technical surface and emphasizes the uncompromising racing character of this exhaust.

A special design feature is the sandblasted stainless steel end cap with integrated stainless steel mesh and LV logo, which gives the silencer a distinctive racing look. Inside, the special construction of the silencer provides a deep, sporty sound that has been optimized compared to the original LV Corsa model and clearly underlines the racing character of this series. High-quality, handcrafted TIG welds and a titanium bracket guarantee stability, low weight and a durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured using the proven SLIP-ON construction method. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then used to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the silencer is precisely attached, fastened to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief functional check while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
