The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams from international racing series, this silencer impresses with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only provides a distinctive dark optic but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches and corrosion.

The open internal construction enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-engraved LV logo and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket emphasize the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly simple installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the silencer is plugged in precisely, fixed at the standard mounting points and securely fastened with the supplied springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check in stationary operation and the retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
