This LeoVince slip-on exhaust features an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the silencer is mounted according to the manufacturer's specifications and operated unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, in particular for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Attention: Even with technical compatibility, the approval applies exclusively to the vehicle models marked as "approved" above.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince slip-on exhaust is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the end silencer is plugged on accurately, attached to the series mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check when stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
