The LeoVince GP CORSA BLACK EDITION silencer combines a compact racing design with resistant materials for sporty 4-stroke motorcycles. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte black ceramic coating that reliably withstands high temperatures and scratches. The characteristic Slash-Cut end cap with a sandblasted finish provides a distinctive look and supports the typical racing sound. A bracket made of carbon reduces vibrations and contributes to the low weight, while handcrafted TIG welds ensure stability and durable performance. The laser-etched LV logo and the compact design give this motorcycle exhaust a modern, sporty appearance.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the silencer is attached precisely, fixed at the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm seat. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
