The LeoVince LV-X EVO slip-on exhaust is specifically designed for off-road motorcycles and combines robust materials with modern racing technology. The outer shell made of sandblasted AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to water, mud, and extreme conditions in off-road terrain. The end cap made of genuine carbon with a 2x2 twill structure reduces weight and gives the motorcycle a high-quality, sporty look. Inside, a straight-flow racing damper core operates, optimally guiding the exhaust flow and providing a deep, powerful sound. Precise TIG welds and stable brackets guarantee reliable performance even on intensive off-road adventures.

Additionally, the LV-X EVO is equipped with a USFS-certified spark arrester. This spark trap reduces the risk of fire in off-road terrain and meets the corresponding off-road regulations. Practical details have also been considered for maintenance and care: An optional repack kit enables easy maintenance, while an included rubber stopper prevents water from entering when cleaning the motorcycle.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince slip-on exhaust is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the slip-on exhaust is fitted precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
