This LeoVince rear silencer features an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists only if the silencer is installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and operated without modification.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, particularly Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. The rear silencer is then pushed on precisely, attached to the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the enclosed springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and the retightening of connections after the first few kilometers of riding ensure a permanently firm fit. The precision construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
