This LeoVince end silencer features an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Street legality in Germany and within the European Union exists only if the silencer is installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and operated without modification.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, particularly for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince end silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the end silencer is pushed on precisely, attached to the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief function test while stationary and the retightening of connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
