The LeoVince LV ONE EVO BLACK EDITION rear silencer combines the classic LeoVince style with modern exhaust technology and a striking dark design. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature-resistant ceramic black coating, which gives the silencer an aggressive look while providing effective protection against heat, corrosion and weathering. The matte Black Edition finish underscores the sporty character and perfectly complements modern motorcycles.

The specially shaped full carbon end cap reduces weight and ensures a distinctive racing look. Inside, high-temperature-resistant soundproofing material works to ensure efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon mounting bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo underline the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then used to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the rear silencer is fitted precisely, fastened to the series mounting points and securely fixed with the springs supplied.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
