The LeoVince LV-12 slip-on exhaust was specifically developed for touring motorcycles and maxi-scooters and combines robust materials with modern Italian design. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to corrosion, weathering and intensive use. The sandblasted titanium-look finish gives the muffler a high-quality look and underlines the characteristic LeoVince style.

A special feature is the carbon end cap with dual-flow outlet, which not only impresses visually, but also optimizes the exhaust flow. The specially developed internal chamber geometry in combination with high-performance damping material ensures a powerful, but pleasantly subtle sound already at low engine speeds. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds as well as a stable stainless steel bracket guarantee a durable and reliable construction - ideal for long tours and demanding adventures.

This LeoVince slip-on exhaust features an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the muffler is mounted and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince slip-on exhaust is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the slip-on exhaust is plugged on precisely, fastened to the series mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
