Having trouble fitting large Keihin PWK series carburetors, flat slide carburetors, or Dellorto carburetors like the PHBH 28-30?
Often, installation fails due to a suitable intake manifold. With the MXT intake system, you get the perfect solution. The intake kit offers numerous advantages and high-quality components:

- Metal intake manifold (no more false air due to porous manifolds.)
- High-quality, sufficiently dimensioned intake flange for mounting the carburetor, which seals perfectly to the metal manifold with an integrated rubber lip (fastening with two socket head cap screws)
- Racing membrane block with fiberglass membrane plate (no engine damage in case of breakage, excellent responsiveness)

And now for the highlight: Adjustable base plate. This allows you to mount the manifold in your desired position. Often, on vehicles running with a modified airbox, the carburetor moves too close to the air filter box, making mounting the intake hose a problem. 14 adjustment options through threads in the base plate. The base plate is first screwed onto the engine case intake with the screws and gaskets included in the delivery. The manifold can then be mounted in your desired position. The delivery also includes two high-quality paper gaskets for the membrane block, a gasket for mounting the manifold on the base plate, and a clamp for tightening the carburetor.

For the membrane block, we supply a pair of stop plates and venturi inserts that can be mounted depending on the application. Please always secure the small screws on the membrane blocks with a little Loctite threadlocker.

28mm passage/ 35mm connection width. Suitable for all flat slide carburetors (OKO / Stage6), Keihin PWK / Mikuni TMX 27-30mm, and Dellorto PHBH 28-30mm & Dellorto VHST carburetors.

Piaggio 125 - 180: Please note that when installing a carburetor from 28mm upwards, the angle to the airbox may no longer be achievable, as the carburetor has to be rotated further away from the mudguard due to its size.
