The LeoVince LV CORSA CARBON FIBER End Muffler brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Developed in collaboration with successful teams from international racing series, this muffler combines a compact racing design with particularly high-quality materials. The casing consists of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, which give the exhaust a very light and at the same time robust structure. The matte carbon finish underlines the sporty character and ensures an exclusive racing look.

The open internal construction enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep and uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo as well as a CNC-milled full carbon bracket emphasize the high-quality workmanship. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds additionally ensure stability and a durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince End Muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the end muffler is fitted precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
