The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams in international racing series, this silencer impresses with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only provides a distinctive dark optics but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches and corrosion.

The open internal construction enables particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo, as well as a laser-cut stainless steel bracket, underscore the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

These silencers are exclusively intended for use outside the scope of EU regulations or for motorsport. In individual cases, the national regulations of the respective country of destination must be observed and complied with.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the silencer is plugged in precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the included springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary, as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers, ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
