This LeoVince rear silencer has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the silencer is mounted and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then used to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is attached precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, straps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
