The LeoVince LV RACE Complete Exhaust combines modern racing design with motorsport technology and is specifically designed to reduce the weight of your motorcycle without changing the balance intended by the manufacturer. The construction for motorcycles with the exhaust positioned under the engine optimizes the weight distribution, so that the original riding dynamics are maintained while simultaneously increasing performance.

The outer shell is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material known for its high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The surface is provided with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating in a matte finish, giving the exhaust a striking Dark-Racing look. The laser-etched LV Racing logo stands out in contrast to the black casing and underlines the sporty character.

A special design feature is the end cap with stainless steel grid in a honeycomb structure, which gives the silencer a distinctive Racing look. At the same time, it acts as a resonator for the deep and powerful Racing sound, which is already noticeable at low speeds. Handcrafted TIG welds and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket stand for precise workmanship and durable quality.

Installation instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed in such a way that it can be carried out well on your own with standard tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are inserted precisely into each other and secured with the supplied springs. No additional adjustments are necessary.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
