The TNT Variator Kit is a completely pre-assembled rear variator unit for scooters with a 107 mm clutch bell and covers a wide range of 2-stroke and 4-stroke scooters from various manufacturers. A worn variator is a common cause of snapped V-belts - vibrations and uneven running of the rear variator pulley are typical warning signs that can already lead to damage to the drive. Since the unit is delivered completely pre-assembled, the replacement is limited to loosening and securing the clutch bell.
