The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte, ceramic black high-temperature coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive dark look while protecting it from heat and external influences. The special internal construction of the silencer ensures a deep, sporty sound, which has been optimized compared to the original LV Corsa and clearly emphasizes the racing character of this series.

A striking detail is the sandblasted stainless steel end cap with integrated stainless steel grid structure, which additionally emphasizes the racing design. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds as well as a laser-cut stainless steel bracket ensure stability and a durable construction. This LeoVince silencer has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the silencer is installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and operated unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Attention: Even with technical compatibility, the approval only applies to the vehicle models marked as "approved" above.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly simple installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted in order to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the silencer is attached precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
