LeoVince LV CORSA S Black Edition Silencer for Honda CB 1000 R Neo Sports Café Year 2018 - 2024 EURO 4 / EURO 5 with approval in stainless steel black

The LeoVince LV CORSA S BLACK EDITION silencer brings modern racing technology to the road and combines sporty design with high-quality workmanship. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte, ceramic black high-temperature coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive dark look and protects it from heat and external influences. The special internal construction of the silencer provides a deep, sporty sound, which has been optimized compared to the original LV Corsa and clearly emphasizes the racing character of this series.

A striking detail is the sandblasted stainless steel end cap with an integrated stainless steel mesh structure, which further emphasizes the racing design. Precise hand-made TIG welds and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket ensure stability and a durable construction. The LV CORSA S BLACK EDITION is aimed at riders who want to give their motorcycle a uncompromising sporty look and a distinctive sound.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly simple installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the end silencer is attached precisely, fixed at the standard mounting points and secured with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm seat. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
