This LeoVince rear silencer has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". The road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the silencer is mounted and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's instructions.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, in particular for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Attention: Even with technical compatibility, the approval only applies to the vehicle models marked above as "approved".

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted in order to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards the rear silencer is attached precisely, fastened at the serial mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test in standstill as well as the retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction facilitates the conversion noticeably.
