The LeoVince LV ONE EVO CARBON FIBER complete exhaust system combines the classic LeoVince look with modern high-performance materials. The outer shell of the silencer is made of high-quality carbon, manufactured from two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, achieving extremely low weight and high stability.

The end cap made of solid carbon underscores the sporty character of the system and provides additional heat resistance. The matte carbon finish gives the exhaust an elegant and aggressive look. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound insulation material works, which provides a powerful and balanced sound.

Installation instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed in such a way that it can be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe sections are precisely inserted into each other and secured with the included springs. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and re-tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
