The LeoVince LV ONE EVO BLACK EDITION complete exhaust system combines classic LeoVince design with modern exhaust technology and high-quality materials. The outer shell of the silencer is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating that gives the system an aggressive dark look while providing effective protection against heat, corrosion, and weather influences.

The asymmetrically shaped full carbon end cap reduces weight and provides a sporty racing appearance. Inside, high-temperature resistant soundproofing material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG weld seams, a carbon mounting clamp, and the laser-etched LeoVince logo guarantee high-quality workmanship and long-lasting quality.

Installation instructions

Installing a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily done by oneself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are reused directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are fitted precisely into each other and securely fixed with the included springs. No additional adjustments are necessary.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without stress before clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A final visual inspection and retightening of the connections after the first riding kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
