The SITO complete exhaust system is a high-quality replacement solution for 4-stroke scooters and is constructed very closely to the original exhaust system. This preserves the vehicle's standard characteristics while benefiting from the proven material quality and craftsmanship of the SITO product line. The system is ideally suited as a durable replacement for worn original exhaust systems.

Inside operates a so-called "Twin Chamber" double-chamber silencer. The inner silencer is structurally separated from the outer structure, achieving effective noise damping and an even exhaust gas flow. The outer shell made of steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant electrostatic coating. Combined with phosphating and sandblasting, this results in a particularly resilient surface against heat and weather influences. A plastic heat shield additionally provides protection against high temperatures.

This LeoVince complete exhaust system has an embossed E-number with an "e-pass" and is permitted for public road use in Germany as well as within the European Union, provided it is installed according to manufacturer specifications and operated unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Attention: Even with technical compatibility, the approval applies only to the vehicle models marked as "approved" above.

Installation Instructions

Installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily performed by oneself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are directly reused. No additional adjustments are necessary.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening of connections after the first driven kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
