Inside, a so-called "Twin Chamber" double-chamber silencer works. Here, the inner silencer is structurally separated from the outer shell, achieving effective noise reduction and uniform exhaust flow. The steel outer casing is coated with a high-temperature resistant electrostatic finish. Together with phosphating and sandblasting, this creates a particularly resistant surface against heat and weather influences. A plastic heat shield additionally provides protection from high temperatures.

Installation instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be performed well with common tools and some time by oneself. The standard mounting points on the scooter are used directly. No additional modifications are required.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A final visual check and retightening of connections after the first kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit.
