The LeoVince GP CORSA EVO Complete Exhaust System combines low weight with racing-oriented technology for sporty 4-stroke motorcycles. The silencer body made of two-layer carbon with a matte surface ensures a particularly light and at the same time temperature-resistant construction. The compact end cap made of high-performance technopolymer supports efficient exhaust routing and enhances the deep, powerful sound. Optimized internal chambers achieve a balanced ratio between torque and power. A robust stainless steel bracket with vibration damping and precise TIG welds ensure stability and durable performance.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are precisely inserted into each other and secured with the included springs. Additional adjustments are not required.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and re-tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
