The LeoVince TOURING complete exhaust system combines classic exhaust technology with modern design and was specifically developed for scooters. The system relies on a conical expansion structure inside, which ensures efficient exhaust routing and enables harmonious power delivery. The striking plastic heat shield housing gives the exhaust a modern look and simultaneously protects against high temperatures.

The expansion chamber is made of DC04 carbon steel and coated with a high-temperature-resistant electrostatic coating, which reliably protects the exhaust from heat and external influences. A lining made of ceramic fiber ensures effective sound insulation inside. This means that the TOURING system achieves particularly low noise emissions, which are even below the level of many original systems.

Installation instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are used directly. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After loosening the pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
