The LeoVince LV RACE Complete Exhaust combines modern racing design with motorsport technology and is specifically developed to reduce the weight of your motorcycle without altering the balance intended by the manufacturer. The construction for motorcycles with under-engine positioned exhaust optimizes the weight distribution, so that the original driving dynamics remain and performance is simultaneously increased.

The outer shell is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material known for its high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The surface is provided with a high temperature resistant ceramic black coating in a matte finish, which gives the exhaust a striking Dark-Racing look. The laser-etched LV Racing logo stands out in contrast to the black coating and emphasizes the sporty character.

A special design feature is the end cap with stainless steel grid in a honeycomb structure, which gives the silencer a distinctive Racing optics. At the same time, it acts as a resonator for the deep and powerful Racing sound, which is already noticeable at low engine speeds. Handcrafted TIG welds and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket stand for precise workmanship and long-lasting quality.

Installation instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are precisely inserted into each other and secured with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual check and tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
