Malossi Sport 560ccm Cylinder Kit – more displacement & real pressure for your Yamaha T-Max
The Malossi Sport 560ccm cylinder kit is the statement for everyone who wants to get significantly more out of their Yamaha XP 500 T-Max: TWIN POWER with racing aluminum cylinders and coated bores for extreme durability. The generous displacement of 560ccm makes the T-Max engine noticeably more lively – with more torque and higher top speed.
Important: This kit fits only models with a hydraulic chain tensioner. If your T-Max has the other system, please take item M3113687. Two different chain tensioning systems were installed on Yamaha T-Max 500 (2004–2007) – please check absolutely before purchasing.

- Max. power (HP) at 7,800 RPM (6,500 RPM for the newer T-Max 530)
- Cylinder material: Al-Si-Cu alloy, hardened and stress-relieved
- Cylinder bores: coated and ultra-precisely manufactured
- Honing: cross-hatch at 110/130°
- Pistons: forged (special Al-Si-Cu alloy), specially shaped piston head with valve recesses
- Piston rings (3 rings per piston):
- 1st ring: compression ring
- 2nd ring: intermediate ring (phosphate-coated steel)
- 3rd ring: oil scraper ring (3-piece oil ring set, chrome-plated steel ring flanks, incl. spring ring)

Setup Notes for your T-Max
- Clear recommendation: additional use of a Malossi Multivar
- Carburetor jetting / injection must be adjusted in any case
- As a strong addition: Multivar variator + longer final gearing from Malossi
- Further options: modified camshafts, V4 Head cylinder heads, lambda emulators, racing exhaust systems etc.
