With the 77ccm MHR Team Big Bore cylinder, Malossi has taken the next step beyond the 70ccm class. The basis is the proven MHR Team cylinder – here the bore has been increased to Ø 50mm to provide you with a significant increase in displacement and potential. If you are using a Piaggio LC engine (e.g., Piaggio NRG or Piaggio Zip SP), this is a true high-end part for racing setups.

Important: On Piaggio engines, installation is only possible with an 85mm crankshaft (e.g., S6-7914085 / S6-7914088). Additionally, the cylinder base mount must be bored out for installation. Due to the displacement increase to 77ccm, a performance of around 25 hp is achievable, depending on the setup. On a Piaggio NRG or Piaggio Zip SP, this is exactly the type of cylinder that demands clean tuning and a high-quality remaining setup.
