Malossi MHR Replica 70ccm Cylinder Kit – Alu Racing Power for Piaggio AC (Long Reach Thread)

The Malossi MHR Replica is a 70ccm aluminum racing cylinder that can be well compared in terms of performance to the Polini Corsa. The great advantage: unlike the Corsa, the MHR Replica is made of aluminum – giving it significantly better thermal properties. Aluminum dissipates heat better than grey cast iron, ensuring more stable temperatures in everyday use and during sporty riding.

Durability is also ensured: the hard-chrome plated Nikasil bore is designed for a long service life. To ensure the internal cooling is correct and to achieve a good power output, at least a 17.5 mm carburetor should be installed.

When choosing an exhaust, a Stage6 Pro or the Nardo from Top Performances is clearly recommended for this setup. A Yasuni C16 revs high, but according to recommendations, does not deliver the best peak values.
